When you click to purchase any of our services, we assume you have read, understood, and agreed to the Purchase Conditions. We believe you will find our services to be of great value.

• All 8aNetwork narrative products are sold as digital content. Once purchased, we do not offer a refund.
• We cannot guarantee the SBA will approve your completed application to be SBA 8(a) certified. You should be wary of any preparation service that claims to have 100% SBA acceptance. Only the SBA is authorized to make that determination.
• Over 95% of the hundreds of narratives we have prepared have passed SBA review. If you are a Narrative Prep Service client (does not apply to the DWY Training client) and need modifications based upon SBA feedback, we will gladly make any changes at no charge. Please notify us when you receive correspondence so we have sufficient time to make the corrections.
